The real treasure of our land is the excellent production of wine, olive oil, cheese, cured meats, pasta, chocolate, truffles and for this it is possible to visit some wineries and taste their excellent wines and often combining Tuscan and greedy dishes.
The Cortesi cellars in Rivalto represent a piece of the town's history. Their walls tell us the story of an industrious brewing workshop, but also of a refuge from bombing, for all the inhabitants of Rivalto in the last war.
