FESTIVAL OF THE BOAR SINCE 1976
Food stands, open from Thursday to Sunday for two weekends in November, where wild boar is combined with other excellent local products such as extra virgin olive oil.
As always, the members of the red radicchio association from Dosson (TV) will be our welcome guests, renewing the gastronomic twinning between radicchio and wild boar.
Tastings of risotto with red radicchio, various food stands enrich the culinary offer in the streets of the village, with gastronomic excellences of the area and zero km products.
Music has always played a fundamental role in the wild boar festival: the tradition and folklore of traditional philharmonics combine with the freshness of more innovative sessions thanks to the most engaging streetbands of the moment. The rhythm will force you to beat the beat!
As always, particular attention is paid to the little ones with quality shows such as puppet theater, street games, entertainment, organized by the various local associations.
In collaboration with local restaurants, the "Comfortable at the table" formula is renewed: during the festival you can taste typical recipes based on game, in addition to traditional menus such as these inviting 'pappardelle with wild boar ragù'!

A free shuttle bus service operates on Sundays, to allow visitors to park comfortably and reach the centre.
